Sammamish ADA Barrier Removals

Invitation to Bid

The City of Sammamish Department of Public Works is soliciting bids from qualified general contractors for the 2025 ADA Barrier Removal Project. The work in this contract includes removing and replacing damaged sidewalk panels and upgrading non-compliant curb ramps.

Solicitation for this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be managed exclusively through Bidnet Direct. Vendors interested in viewing the ITB, project plans, specifications, and/or submitting proposals must be registered in the Bidnet system. For instructions on how to register, please email the project manager at jdapcevich@sammamish.us.

Questions shall be submitted through Bidnet by Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT.

Questions will be answered through Bidnet by Friday, May 16th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT.

Bids will be accepted through Bidnet until 11:00 am PDT on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this ITB, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the ITB at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.

Dates of publication for this ITB are May 6th, 2025.
