Project Description

The City of Sammamish Department of Public Works is soliciting bids qualified paving contractors for the 2025 Overlays Project. This project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete asphalt paving and associated roadway improvements. The work includes planing and overlaying existing roadways with HMA pavement, adjusting utility structures, and installing new pavement markings along Beaver Lake Road SE.

Solicitation for this Invitation to Bid (ITB) will be managed exclusively through Bidnet Direct. Vendors interested in viewing the ITB, project plans, specifications, and/or submitting proposals must be registered in the Bidnet system. For instructions on how to register, please email the project manager at jdapcevich@sammamish.us.

Questions shall be submitted through Bidnet by Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT.

Questions will be answered through Bidnet by Friday, May 16th, 2025, at 4:00 pm PDT.

 Bids will be accepted through Bidnet until 11:00 am PDT on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this ITB, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the ITB at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
