Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the District offices, 285 Blair Ave. At that time, they will be opened.  Two pre-bid site inspection meetings have been scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, and Thursday, February 9, at 10:30 a.m. at Friday Harbor High School, 45 Blair Avenue, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
