REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SCATTERED SITES CASE MANAGEMENT

 

 

The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified Service Providers to assist SHA in providing specialized case management services (including mental health case management) to residents residing in 222 SHA-owned low-income scattered site buildings.

 

Pre-Submission Conference:  Those interested in responding to the Request for Proposals (RFP) are strongly encouraged to attend a Skype Pre-Submission Conference at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.  (See the RFP for details)

 

Obtaining the RFP:  Visit our website at https://www.seattlehousing.org/do-business-with-us/solicitations to obtain a copy of the RFP.  Any addenda issued for this RFP will be published at the above-referenced website and proposers are responsible for checking the website prior to submission of proposals for any addenda.  If you are unable to download the RFP or addenda, you may e-mail Don Tucker, Sr. Contract Administrator at don.tucker@seattlehousing.org.

 

Questions:  Any questions or requests for further information must be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2020, to the Sr. Contract Administrator noted above by e-mail at don.tucker@seattlehousing.org.

 

Submission Deadline:  E-mailed Proposals must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2020 at the e-mail address above.
