The City's objective is to have scoping on the Olympia 2045 Comprehensive Plan completed by June 2024 and then to have a Draft and Final EIS completed in the first quarter of 2025, which will support City action of adopting the updated Comprehensive Plan by the June 2025 deadline. This is a non-project EIS for a Periodic Update under the Growth Management Act.
