SDOT 23-045QP RAPIDRIDE J Line BRT CM Services (FTA)
The City of Seattle, through the Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for Construction Management (CM) services on the RapidRide J Line project, as part of the overall CM team managing the construction contract for the project.
This contract is estimated to be up to $9,000,000 with an anticipated time of performance between Q1 2024 though Q1 2027. This project is anticipated to be federally funded in part through Federal Transit Administration (FTA). This project has an assigned DBE 4% Goal.

Interested qualified consultants may access the Request for Qualifications packet at City of Seattle’s Procurement Portal (https://cityofseattle.bonfirehub.com/), including Evaluation Criteria and Submittal Information. Consultants must register with a free account at Bonfire to access Solicitation documents and receive Addenda.
Electronic Submittals must be uploaded to Bonfire Friday, December 1 @ 5:00 p.m.
