Apollo Mechanical is issuing public notice for an invitation to bid for CCE TSA Relocation for the SeaTac Concourse C Expansion Project, utilizing the Subcontractor bidding process in accordance with RCW 39.10.380. Estimated bid package values are:

Mechanical/Plumbing Insulation - $12,000-$16,000

DDC Controls (components shall be manufactured or supplied by Siemens, Building Technologies, No Equal) - $150,000

Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing - $12,000-$16,000

Firestopping - $2,000-$4,000

Chemical Treatment - $4,000-$7,000

Submittal Deadline: Friday, February 17, 2023 @ 2:00pm

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Apollo Mechanical reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Bid opening will be held via Teams according to the following schedule:

 Mechanical/Plumbing Insulation – Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 9:00am

Direct Digital Controls (DDC) – Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 10:00am

Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) – Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 11:00am

Firestopping – Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 1:00pm

Chemical/Water Treatment – Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 2:00pm
