Project Description: The project includes Tenant Improvements to the existing Finance and Administrative Services offices on the 43rd floor of Seattle Municipal Tower. The Work includes an area of 19,717 SF and includes demolition, construction of new walls, installation of doors, glazing & frames, built-in casework, acoustic ceiling revisions, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm revisions and finish work. Relocation of specific linear supply diffusers with all others remaining in place. The building and adjoining space will be continuously occupied. All work to be performed between 6pm and 6am.

Estimated Value: $1,550,000 to $1,840,000
