Hoffman Construction Company of Washington General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM” or “Contractor”) Seattle Overlook Walk (“Project”) being performed for The City of Seattle (“Owner”). We invite you to submit a Sub-bid proposal and/or Material Quotation in your area of expertise and in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Proposals must utilize the specified PROPOSAL FORM and be submitted as a single file (less than 10MB) to BIDS@hoffmancorp.com, no later than 2:00 p.m., November 2, 2022. Bids that are materially incomplete, are directed to other locations, or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. There will be a public opening of bids at 2:30 pm via Teams on November 2, 2022. You main join utilizing the following link. Bidders must be licensed with Washington’s Department of Labor and Industries at the time of bid. Questions should be directed to John-Hamilton@hoffmancorp.com.
The Work is subject to the wage requirements of RCW 39.12 (Prevailing Wages on Public Works), RCW 49.28 (Hours of Labor), and to RCW 49.46 (Minimum Wage Act) as amended or supplemented. The CWA Article III (Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits) and Article IV (Hours of Work, Overtime and Shifts) provides supplemental requirements for wages. The Contractor, any Subcontractor, and all individuals and firms required to pay prevailing wages under WAC 296-127-010, shall pay all laborers, workers, or mechanics no less than the applicable prevailing hourly wage rate and fringe benefits appropriate to the worker’s classification. Higher wages and benefits may be paid at the option of the employer.
