Request for Proposal No. RFP062088: Seattle School District School Climate and Culture Consultant

The Seattle School District No.1 (District) is requesting proposals for a consultant(s) with experience and a proven track record of successfully coaching K-12 public schools to improve staff climate and culture. As part of our district’s continuous improvement framework, Seattle Public Schools wants to be better equipped to address climate concerns proactively when data and observations show climate and culture within a building is negatively impacting staff’s ability to provide high-quality instruction to students.

The Request for Proposal will be available starting on June 29, 2020 at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. RFP documents associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at the Builders Exchange, Inc. on-line Plan Center (www.bxwa.com). To access documents on-line with Builders Exchange, go to “bxwa.com” and click on “Posted Projects,” “Goods and Services,” and “Seattle Public Schools Goods and Services.” It is recommended that bidders “Register as a Bidder” in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda, to download addenda, and to be placed on the “Bidders List.” Proposers who do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued for this project.
