FOR SECURITY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND

TESTING SERVICES

SPECIFICATION NO. PT-54-19

PIERCE TRANSIT is a municipal corporation with administrative offices located at 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. Proposals are being solicited from qualified firms to provide Security System Maintenance and Testing Services.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Form must be completed and received by Pierce Transit, emailed attention to Amber Liebel, Contract Compliance Administrator at aliebel@piercetransit.org in order to receive the Request for Proposal documents. Upon the receipt of the NDA the RFP documents will then be provided electronically via-email. The Non-Disclosure Agreement Form is available on-line from our Agency website at www.piercetransit.org/PT-54-19. 

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on August 27, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in a conference room at Pierce Transit Headquarters located at 3701 96^th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. Attendees are required to wear an ANSI II rated high visibility vest or shirt and closed toed shoes. The Pre-Proposal Meeting will provide the opportunity to walk-through the buildings at our headquarters and Building 6 Vanpool.

Proposals will be accepted by Purchasing at Pierce Transit Headquarters until 5:00 p.m. September 13, 2019, and must be addressed to Naomi Graham, Purchasing Coordinator, Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-4431.
