Project Description: Construction of a new, approx 4,600 sqft bath house and two (2) outdoor pools for the Selah Parks and Recreation Service Area. Includes bldg demo, clearing, grading and temp storm water drainage/control. Also includes civil, landscape, architectural, structural, mechanical, aquatics and electrical work.
