REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

SERENE LAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PHASE I PROJECT

The Mukilteo School District will be accepting Proposals, including statements of qualifications, from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Mukilteo School District’s Serene Lake Elementary School Phase I Project, which is located at Serene Lake Elementary School in Snohomish County.

The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10. 

The Request for Proposals document may be obtained through the Mukilteo School District Capital Projects Office.  Please email Shelly Henderson, Director of Capital Projects, hendersonsa@mukilteo.wednet.edu   

An informational pre-submittal meeting will be held 3:30pm at Serene Lake Elementary School, 4709 Picnic Point Rd, Edmonds WA 98026, on January 27, 2023.  Meet in front of the main office.

The proposal is due at 2:00 pm, February 7, 2023, at Mukilteo School District Support Services Center, Capital Projects Office, 8925 Airport Road, Everett WA 98204.
