The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) in cooperation with Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW chapter 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement and establish and award a statewide Master Contract for eligible purchasers to purchase Sign Language Interpreter services from Referral Agencies. |
