The City of Renton invites interested and qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the following project:
TITLE: Sign Shop Expansion

Public Works Maintenance Division,

Meet at the flagpole.
Attendance at the pre-bid conference and site walk is mandatory.
The work consists of constructing a 1,400 ft.² addition onto an existing 2,000 ft.² building. The addition is a single-story building constructed with wood framing members. The work includes revisions to paved parking and landscaping areas.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
