ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids will be received by Skagit Transit via courier or hand delivery to Skagit Transit MOA, 600 County Shop Lane Burlington, WA 98233 until 11:00 a.m. (sharp), Wednesday March 3, 2021, for the single General Contract which includes General, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and other work for the Skagit Transit Maintenance Operations and Administration Facility as indicated on Drawings. Project estimate range is $2,980,000 to $3,100,000. Bids received after the time fixed above for receiving bids cannot be considered. FTA is providing Federal assistance for the Project.

FTA 5339 CFDA 20.526 @ $1,549,917 and FTA 5307 CFDA 20.507 @ $1,764,771.
