NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

SMALL AREA PAVING PROJECT, CRP NO. 919004

UNTIL: 2:30 PM Tuesday April 30, 2019

At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the Small Area Paving Project CRP No. 919004, including the repair/repaving of sections of Birch Bay Drive, repair/repaving of Truck Road, and repair/repaving of several bridge and railroad crossing approaches in unincorporated Whatcom County. Work will include planning of bituminous or HMA pavement, HMA paving, crack sealing, pavement markings, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
