NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED BIDS will be received by the Clark County Purchasing Office   1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington, UNTIL 1:30 pm, on the 25th of May 2022 for the purpose of securing the:

Mt Vista Stormwater Facility Retrofit

It is anticipated that this project will be funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology.  Neither the State of Washington nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any contract or any subcontract resulting from this project.  

BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Office, 6th Floor of the Public Service Center, in Suite 650 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660, at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  You must be registered on the MRSC Roster to receive these quote documents; they can be requested by calling Purchasing Office at 564-397-2323.  The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities.

Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d‐4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
