Project Description:   The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals for the construction of a new City Park known as Phase One of the Smokey Point Community Park, located at 17903 Smokey Point Blvd. as per the Bid Set of Construction Drawings, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, including amendments thereto, and the Contract Documents hereunder.
