Project Description: Construct the South 7th Street Corridor Improvements project. The work includes but is not limited to: signing and striping of bicycle facilities, construction of a new sidewalk and paths in unimproved right of way , reconstruction of curbing, gutters and paving at intersections, modification of traffic signal systems, adjustment of damaged utility lids in the roadway, aesthetic landscaping and irrigation, adjustment of stormwater management systems, temporary traffic control, property protection and restoration and all other Work necessary to complete the Work as specified and shown in the Contract Provisions.
Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, planning, striping, material hauling & disposal, landscaping, permanent signage, electrical, survey, and fencing. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities/precast structures, and aggregate.
JCC encourages bids from all subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s), for any item of work, or portion of an item, or combination thereof related to this project.
