South Park Neighborhood Center Renovation -RFP for Cost Estimating and General Contractor

The Client, Villa Comunitaria, Master Lease Holder of the South Park Neighborhood Center (SPNC), requests Qualified General Contractors (Proposers) to submit their qualifications for Pre-Construction Services for Schematic Design /Design Development Cost Estimating for the remodel of South Park Neighborhood Center located at 8201 10th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98108.

Proposers must provide detailed information about their experience, capacity, and fee(s). ( See Required submittals) The Client shall review submitted qualifications and select one firm to provide Cost estimating services for Schematic Design and Design development packages.

The intent is to have the cost estimating GC build the project. However, the Owner reserves the option to put the project out to public bid. The total estimated construction cost for the Project is approximately $600,000 to $700,000.

All required documentation must be received not later than the date and time noted above via by email. Documentation to be sent to the emails of the Project Client, Project Development Consultant and Project Architect at the emails listed below. The submittals will be reviewed by the Client, Development Consultant and the Architect for completeness and consistency with the minimum qualifications.
