2025-002 Ticketing Services RFP

The Spokane Public Facilities District is inviting qualified experts to submit specifications and proposal for providing ticketing services for the (5) buildings owned and operated by the District; the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena, the Spokane Convention Center, First Interstate Center for the Arts, The Podium, and One Spokane Stadium.

Notice to Bidders:

Spokane Public Facilities District invites all interested bidders to submit bids to Melissa Coulter, Project Administrator via https://spokanepfd.bonfirehub.com/login by July 11, 2025.

Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Walk:

Interested bidders will be required to walk the site June 17th or 19th, 2025.  Please register for the site walk by emailing Melissa Coulter, mcoulter@spokanepfd.org.

Bidder Responsibility:

To be eligible for award, bidders must be able to provide evidence of the following:

• Proper licensure and registration as a contractor in the State of Washington
• Be able to provide a bond
