Spokane Transit Authority, located at 1230 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington, is requesting Proposals from qualified Proposers to furnish Passenger Shelters.

STA anticipates awarding a five (5) year demand-based Contract with a maximum quantity of 125 (one hundred twenty-five) Passenger Shelters to a single, responsive and responsible Contractor. Shelter options, accessories and spare parts & hardware may be ordered separately under the Contract. STA makes no guarantee to order additional products in excess of the Sample Order, as defined in the SOW.

The Proposer may supplement its Proposal with Subcontractors, with the understanding the Proposer is responsible for all Work.
