Walsh Construction Company II, LLC is requesting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the following:

 

SR167: SR410 to SR18 Congestion Management

Owner: WSDOT

 

Condition of Award Goal: 18% DBE

 

Bid Date: March 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM PST

Subcontractor and supplier quotes requested 24 hours prior to bid date on March 2, 2021.

Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvement of SR 167, MP 5.27 to MP 14.33, in Pierce County and King County, by both milling and filling and overlaying with HMA, pavement repair, pavement markings, adding an HOV lane by narrowing the existing Roadway and re-channelizing, furnishing and installing a bridge deck drainage system on one bridge, scarifying concrete surface, furnishing, applying, finishing, and curing polyester concrete and modified concrete overlay on two bridges, furnishing and installing cantilever sign structures and sign bridges, drainage modifications, ITS conduit and fiber installation, illumination systems, ramp meters, CCTV, variable message signs, HOT infrastructure, Beam Guardrail (Type 31) and High Tension Barrier Cable (4 cable) installation, bridge joint sawcut and seal, stormwater treatment, signing, traffic control and other work.

 

 

Subcontract/Supplier Opportunities Include (But Not Limited to): Electrical, ITS, illumination, HMA paving, drainage improvements, bituminous pavement grinding, bridge deck overlay, signage, erosion control, guardrail, fencing, permanent & temporary traffic barrier, traffic control, trucking, aggregates, pavement markings, and Just In Time training.
