Hamilton Construction Company requests quotes from subcontractors and suppliers including Disadvantaged Business Enterprises listed and certified by the OMWBE for the following project

SR 202 Evans Creek and Patterson Creek Fish Passage Project

We are accepting quotes for the following services/supplies:

Guardrail Install/Supply, asphalt paving, landscaping, concrete cutting, excavation, asphalt planning, grading, concrete placement, precast concrete supply, material hauling, clearing and grubbing, survey, traffic control, utilities, signage, reinforcing steel, striping, stream restoration, erosion control, quality control, engineering, environmental permitting, and other work.

In order to assist Certified Small Business Subcontractors and Suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units, and will assist firms with delivery schedules, bonding, lines of credit, and insurance in order to maximize participation. Due to the nature of the design-build projects, the subcontractor work packages will not be broken up until the end of January 2019. We request that all parties reply by faxing or emailing the attached “Reply to Bid Request” form to Craig Almont. Interested parties will be contacted in the coming weeks by our construction staff to discuss the project in more detail.
