Prime contractor seeking certified UDBE subcontractors and suppliers including but not limited to the following scope of work:  site preparation, over excavation and re-compaction, yard piping, connection to existing pipelines, fencing, landscaping, concrete ringwall foundation, grading, protective coating, fencing, and electrical.  This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program. This project is also funded by a Drinking Water State Revolving fund loan.
