The City of Olympia is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide state legislative consulting services in support of the City’s policy, funding, and regulatory priorities at the Washington State Legislature. The selected firm will work closely with the City Manager’s Office, City Council, and designated staff to develop and implement legislative strategies, provide timely policy analysis, and coordinate advocacy efforts.

The scope of work includes strategic guidance, direct lobbying, monitoring of legislative activity, preparation of briefing materials, and support for the City’s annual legislative agenda. Firms must demonstrate experience with Washington State legislative processes, strong relationships with policymakers, and a proven ability to secure legislative outcomes.
