The purpose of this procurement is to select a contractor to perform the duties of a statistical reporting agent as required by Revised Code of Washington 48.29.017. Washington Administrative Code 284-29A-110 requires all authorized title insurance companies and licensed title insurance agents in Washington to annually, by May 31, submit reports of their income and expenses to an independent statistical reporting agent designated by the insurance commissioner.
