Stewart Heights Park - Court Improvements BID# J2018-19
BID NOTICE

The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive sealed bids for Bid# J2018-19, Stewart Heights Park - Court Improvements, at the office of Planning, Design & Development, Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma, 4702 S 19th Street, Tacoma WA 98405 until 1:30 p.m., July 26, 2018. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 1:35 p.m. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be returned unopened.

The project includes, but is not limited to: Tennis court surfacing improvements including crack repair, new surfacing, and new tennis post/net equipment for four (4) tennis courts. Also includes chain link fencing improvements.

Minority & Women Owned Enterprises (MWBE) participation will apply.
Metro Parks Tacoma encourages an MWBE goal of eight percent (8%) on a Public Works PROJECT ESTIMATED AT $20,000.00 OR MORE including Subcontractors: The Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) certifies firms that are owned and controlled by minorities or women, and can provide information regarding the certification process. The base bid estimate range is $75,000 - $125,000. Time of completion is 22 calendar days.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at Stewart Heights Park, 402 E 56th St., Tacoma WA 98404 on July 18, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
