INVITATION
The City of Sammamish is seeking a contract to assist in the maintenance of the stormwater system for City Streets. The two-year contract amount shall not exceed $972,500. The formal Invitation to Bid will be released on Friday, October 17, 2025 through the City’s procurement platform, Bidnet. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Sammamish up to 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday, October 31, 2025, through Bidnet.
Please submit all bid materials no later than October 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST

Questions received after the deadline identified in the Proposed Timeline may not be considered. Unauthorized contact regarding this ITB with other City employees may result in disqualification from consideration. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
