Proposals shall be received in the Office of Purchasing, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, Washington 98660, until, but not later than 1:30 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 22, 2023 via Microsoft Teams. Proposers interested in attending shall email Michael Fish at Michael.Fish@clark.wa.gov to request a meeting invitation.

Title VI Statement
