Project Description:
Project includes: selective demo of existing bldg and site components including hazardous matl abatement; site improvements including site surfacing, site utilities, and landscaping; temporary construction to accommodate phasing and code-required exiting during construction; modernization to existing bldg consisting of 1 story wood and steel framed structures on conc spread footings, with conc SOG, fiber cement ext siding, fiberglass windows, alum curtain walls, mech and elec upgrades; construction of new addition to the existing bldg.
Estimated Value: $16.5 MILLION
Contract Duration:
NTP approximately 5/15/18 however on-site construction work to begin 6/22/18.
• Phase 1A: 6/22/18 - 8/30/18
• Phase 1B: 6/22/18 - 11/16/18
• Phase 2: 11/19/18 - 3/29/19
• Phase 3A: 4/1/19 - 8/30/19
• Phase 3B: 6/20/19 - 8/30/19
Final completion is 30 calendar days after completion of Phase 3.
Pricing Requirements:
- There is ONE (1) Base Bid.
- There are SEVEN (7) Alternates. Please check and see if you need to include alternate pricing.
- There are THREE (3) Unit Prices. Please check and see if you need to include unit pricing.
**WA State L&I prevailing wage rates apply to this project**
