Project Description:
Tenant improvement for the 2nd and 3rd floors of the City of UP Civic Building. 21,713 sqft of TI area. Existing structure is type II-B construction w/automatic sprinkler system. TI includes metal stud framing & drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, finishes (e.g. paint, flooring, etc), casework, doors, and hardware. Modular walls are FOIO (furnished by Owner, installed by Owner) under a separate contract.

Estimated Value: $2.9 million

Contract Duration: 150 calendar days

Wage Rates: This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.
