Qualification Requirements: Reid Middleton is interested in receiving statements of qualifications from small businesses and M/W/DBEs, HubZone, VOSB, SDVOSB, King County-certified SEDB/SCS, or other designations that we may consider for subconsultant positions on future project teams. Reid Middleton may need subconsultants for architecture, environmental, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, planning, archaeology, surveying, rights-of-way and land acquisition, utility location, testing, cost estimating, landscape architecture, and other consultant services.
