We are requesting bids for the following scopes of work for a hospital expansion project at the Summit Pacific Hospital Expansion Project in Elma, WA. 

• BP 6.00 Rough Carpentry, D/F/H Install
• BP 7.50 Fireproofing
• BP 9.10 Tile & Flooring
• BP 9.90 Painting & Coating
• BP 10.00 Miscellaneous Specialties
• BP 32.00 Asphalt Paving
• BP 32.20 Landscape & Irrigation

Bids are due in sealed envelopes per the Instructions to Bidders located in each bid package document. Bids must be submitted physically on or before December 7th 2023 at 1:00PM to Absher's Puyallup Office at 1001 Shaw Road. 

Bidding documents, including plans & specifications, bid packages that describe the scope of work required for each trade, and a supplemental package of project information including the Prime Contract, proejct schedule, and site utilization plan will be posted on the Builder's Exchange of Washington website (http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/private/18/toc.html) beginning November 9, 2023. This is the ONLY location Absher will post bid information - please disregard any documents posted on other bidding sites. 

Other considerations:

Absher Construction is signatory to both the Laborers and Carpenters Unions. Any work that is claimed by those unions must be performed by a company that is signatory to the Union or otherwise operating under a one-time agreement. 

This is a prevailing wage project with required reporting to Labor & Industries.
