Project Description:   Sealed bids (all parts) shall be submitted for the Sumner Operations Facility – North Parcel (CIP 24-01) General Contract which includes General, Site Demolition, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Suppression, Low Voltage, Landscape Architecture, Civil, and other work.
