Survey and Mapping Equipment and Supplies

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts for eligible purchasers to acquire Survey and Mapping Equipment and Supplies. Professional services and refurbished products are NOT in scope for this solicitation.

Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies, ORCCP members, and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Survey and Mapping Equipment and Supplies. This Competitive Solicitation will award by the categories described below.

  • Category 1 – Survey and Mapping Land Equipment, which includes, but is not limited to: total stations (manual, robotic, and multi-station), high-definition scanning equipment, levels (auto, manual, and digital), machine control systems, survey grade GPS, mapping grade GPS, GNSS receivers, electronic data collectors, GIS equipment, digitizers, GPS equipment, mobile devices, parts and accessories.
  • Category 2 – Survey and Mapping Sea Equipment, which includes, but is not limited to: bathymetric equipment, unmanned surface vehicles, parts and accessories.
  • Category 3 – Survey and Mapping Air Equipment, which includes, but is not limited to: unmanned aerial systems (UAS’s), unmanned aerial devices (UAD’s), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s), payloads, and accessories.
  • Category 4 – Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Software is defined as a computer system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of spatial or geographical data. GIS software allows users to create interactive queries (user-created searches), analyze spatial information, edit data in maps, and present the results of all these operations. Bidders must bid and be awarded at least one of the other specified Contract Categories to be eligible to provide Category 4 GIS Software to eligible Purchasers.
