REQUEST FOR BIDS: SW-C1824 Fort Flagler State Park – Primary Power Upgrades

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes replacing the primary power, providing communication conduit and a 2” future sewer line for Fort Flagler State Park.

EXPECTED TIME PERIOD FOR CONTRACT: Bidder will agree to complete project (including accepted alternates) in accordance with drawings and specifications within 60 calendar days from the date provided on the Notice to Proceed letter.

PRE-BID PROJECT SITE TOUR: Friday, September 22, 2023, 11AM at Fort Flagler State Park entrance gate parking lot.

AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS: The bid documents, including any addendums and bid results, will be accessible through the Builder’s Exchange of Washington (BXWA). Bidders are responsible for downloading all bid documents, addendums, and incorporated documents related to this bid solicitation. Additionally, copies of this bid solicitation are available to bidders at their discretion through www.parks.wa.gov/contracts.
