NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS FOR

SYSTEMIC STOP CONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS

The City of Washougal solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil Engineering Design. Washougal is seeking qualifications from engineering consulting services to evaluate low-cost systemic traffic safety improvements on city streets to improve driver awareness and visibility at intersections.  Additional information about the project is available at the website listed below

The method of payment for each contract shall be Negotiated Hourly Rate and the required DBE goal for this project is 0%.  However, there is a voluntary 10% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal is established for this project.

Proposals are due on November 7th, 2025 Qualifications requirements, special provisions, schedule for procurement processes and how the consultant submittals will be evaluated are available at the city’s website link above.

The City of Washougal reserves the right to supplement the consultant agreement into future phases (R/W, CN)
