T BAILEY, INC. is bidding as a general contractor on the Magnolia Elevated Tank Rehabilitation Project for the City of Seattle. The project bids Wednesday February 12th @ 2:00 p.m. and is subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates.

This project is subject to City of Seattle’s Community Workforce Agreements (CWA). Please see Pre-Bid Handout for requirements.

Scope of work includes, but not limited to: Recoating a 1.0 MG elevated water storage tank (constructed in 1946) and includes seismic retrofits, safety upgrades (ladders, landing, climb cable), water quality enhancements, and site improvements such as security fencing and gravel access roads and electrical improvements.

We would like to receive pricing from you in accordance with the plans and specifications for:

• Paint
  • Painting contractor shall have current SSPC QP-1 and QP-2
  • Please include your schedule duration for your work
  • Includes full field interior and exterior of tank blasting and recoating for entire reservoir and all appurtenances

We request pricing no later than Friday February 7th.

• Acknowledge you can meet the CWA
• Provide your total hours and your apprentice hours
