Sealed Bids are being accepted for the following bid packages listed below:
 
BP-02 Earthwork & Utilities:  This early bid package scope includes earthwork & utilities, asphalt paving & pavement markings.   Reference Exhibit A located in the bid documents for additional scope of work requirements.  

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid walk and/or meeting will be conducted for this bid package on 6/22/23 at 10:00AM at the project site.  Please meet outside the existing Bldg 10.  Bids for this scope are due 6/29/23 @ 9:00AM delivered to:

BP-03 Structural:  This early bid package scope includes concrete foundations, furnish & install of structural steel, waterproofing & elevator furnish & install.   Reference Exhibit A located in the bid documents for additional scope of work requirements.   *Note: Korsmo Construction intends to competitively bid on this bid packge.  If you would like to submit a sub-bid to Korsmo please contact Will Floyd wfloyd@korsmo.com

All sealed bids must be received by the due date and time listed above.  Bids received after that time will not be considered.  Bids sent via facsimile will not be accepted. Reference the instructions to bidders and other bid documents for further instruction.  Note a bid bond and performance and payment bond is required for all bids over $300,000.00.
