Project Description: 

The Project consists of the full strip and re-roof of a single-ply roof of approximately 16,500 square feet in addition to cleaning and resealing the existing exterior pre-cast concrete wall panels an approximate area of 9600 square feet, and the installation of a new “mansard” metal cladding and aluminum sun-shade devices and replacement of soffit at building overhangs with new phenolic panel system. Project includes all associated demolition and new construction of affected building components per the contract drawings.
