The Terminal 3 – 2023 Paving Project grinds and inlays asphalt concrete in selected portions of the terminal with minor pre-leveling. Work includes use of full depth reconstruction, removal of pavement and the existing base material, installation of stormwater components, trimming remaining material to grade, and placement of HMA bringing the road structure to its final grade. The engineer's estimate for the paving project is $606,650 - $670,500.
