Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and certified DBEs Contracting, Supplier and Equipment firms for various scopes of work including: Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Reinforcing, Excavation, Paving, Erosion Control, Trucking, Electrical, Landscaping, Walls, Survey, Traffic Markings and Signage. 

The project’s scope as described in Contract Documents is:

Major work items include: Pulverizing Existing Asphalt Pavement, 22,000 SY; Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert; Crushed Surfacing Base Course, 11,300 Ton; HMA CL. 1/2in PG 58H-22 Fiber Reinforced, 5,500 Ton; Schedule A Storm Sewer Pipe, 5,475 LF; Water Main, 5,830 LF; Force Main Sewer Pipe, 5,800 LF; Illumination System; Roundabout Construction.


Obtaining plans and contract documents:

Bidding documents containing maps, plans and specifications are those prepared by Thurston County Public Works Department. Plans, specifications, addenda and plan holders lists are available online through the Builders Exchange of Washington website at for inspection during the

bidding period. Plans and specifications are also available for viewing at Thurston County Public Works Department, 9605 Tilley Road S., Olympia, WA. (Note: Bidders are encouraged to "Register as a Bidder" on the BXWA website in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the "Bidders List". This service is provided free of charge to prime contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.)
