PROJECT DESCRIPTION:    The scope of work for this project will include but not be limited to: site preparation including clearing & grubbing, GRS abutment construction, roadway fill, culvert removal, bridge installation, roadway approach fill & paving, planting & site cleanup, and associated utilities work. 
PROJECT LOCATION:    Tolmie State Park is located at 7730 61st Ave NE, Olympia, WA, in Thurston County
ESTIMATED BID RANGE:    $500,000 - $525,000
BID OPENING TIME:    1:00PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2022
PREBID WALKTHROUGH:    10:00AM, Tuesday, August 16, 2022.  Meet at the lower day use parking lot.

Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project.  In determining bidder responsibility, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in Division 00 – Instructions To Bidders.  Please direct questions regarding this subject to the office of the Engineer.

Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE have been established for this project.  Achievement of the goals is encouraged.  Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise to obtain information on certified firms.
