Town of Concrete Secondary Access Project - Right-of-Way Acquisition

Town of Concrete Notice to Consultants Secondary Access Project – Right-of-Way Acquisition The TOWN OF CONCRETE (TOWN) solicits interests from consulting firms with expertise in Right-of-Way Planning and Acquisition. Consultants will be considered for the following project. The TOWN reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. This agreement will be for approximately one (1) year in duration with the option for the TOWN to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the following project. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of Right-of-Way negotiation and acquisition prior to allow for construction of 2,500 lineal feet of street improvements including traffic lanes, shoulders, traffic curb and gutter, planter strip, bicycle, and pedestrian paths as well as fire hydrants, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and water facilities. The project has a 0% DBE goal. The selected firm will need to have a SBE plan in place prior. The major features of the project are as follows: - Right-of-Way Negotiation and Acquisition Administration. Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: - Qualifications of Proposed Project Manager - Qualifications/Expertise of Firm - Ability to Meet Schedule - Approach to Project - Familiarity with WSDOT/FHWA Standards - Past Performance/References Submittal Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone, and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each firm proposed to project. Please submit FOUR copies of your Statement of Qualifications to: Town of Concrete, Attn: Andrea Fichter at PO Box 39, Concrete, WA 98237 no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2023.
