Box 39/45672 Main Street Concrete, WA 98237 (360)853-8401 Request for Proposals – Consultant Services The Town of Concrete is seeking a qualified firm to assist the Town in the update of its Water System Plan in accordance with any related WAC, RCW and/or the Skagit County Coordinated Water System Plan. The experience of the firm with similar clients will be a major determinant in the selection of the firm. The professional credentials of the firm will also be a major determinant in the selection process, along with a demonstrated understanding of the Town’s needs and available start date. The most highly rated firm will be selected for negotiation of the professional service contract.
