The project generally consists of work to reline the Town’s existing 250,000-gallon bolted steel standpipe reservoir. The proposed liner is Durachem 580 or equivalent tank liner system, which will apply a polyurea product to the interior of the tank walls and base, creating a monolithic wall and floor on the inside of the tank. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal.
