REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
The Town of Nespelem is requesting qualified consultants to submit statements of qualifications to perform a scope of work that includes asset management plan. The project budget is approximately $24,000.00, with plans and specifications complete by 11/30/2020. For more information about the project, contact:

One of more firms will be selected for an interview based upon the following criteria categories, weighted as indicted: qualifications of key personnel (5); relevant experience as demonstrated on previous projects (5); previous performance (5); expressed interest in the project (3) and Washington State Certified Minority Enterprise Participation (2).

The project is funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds. Additionally, this project is funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. As a result, cost plus percentage of construction cost contracts will not be allowed and a number of state and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply to the selection process and conduct of the project.

All submitted bids to be opened and reviewed on 2/12/2020
Work to be completed by 11/30/2020

Town of Nespelem reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to cancel or modify this RFQ at its sole discretion if it determines it is in the best interest of the Town of Nespelem to do so.
