Transitional Post-IBHTF Discharge Housing
Multiple transitional post-IBHTF discharge housing providers, as described in Second Substitute House Bill (2SHB) 1929, to increase connections and partnerships between young adult IBHTF discharge planners and community housing support resources to increase the number of young adults who discharge from behavioral health settings into safe and stable housing. HCA has budgeted $1,177,000 for the combined total of all of the contracts for the initial contract term of 2/1/2025-6/30/2025.
